1. What is the sizing for your clothes?
All our size guides can be found on our individual product pages and if you have any queries about the sizing you can use the contact form here.
2. Do you offer returns?
Yes we do and our returns policy can be found here.
3. Are you still shipping on time due to COVID-19?
Yes, we are shipping orders off the next working if possible. Any delays in delivery are due to courier delays (such as Royal Mail) and are out of our control. Tracking numbers are provided for every order and show when your order was shipped.
Any other significant delays will be communicated with you using the email address that you enter at checkout.
4. Can I change the delivery address on my order?
If you realise you have submitted the wrong delivery address on your order within 30 minutes then please contact us and we can try to amend this for you. Each individual case is different and even if the request is submitted straight away we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
5. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do offer international shipping, but this comes at an extra shipping cost which is applied during checkout. International shipping often takes a while longer as there are more processes involved at each border and with customs. Every international order is sent tracked and the tracking number is sent to you via email.
