This website offers visitors the opportunity to browse, view and purchase products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may make changes to these terms at any time to reflect changes in the law or for any other reason. The most up-to-date version of our terms will always be displayed on our website so please have a look before placing an order for our products to ensure you know about any changes which may have been made since your last visit to our website.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Who can use the website?

In order to use our website and/or receive our goods and services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive our goods and services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

In addition, we will process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit card or other payment information. We confirm that this information will be held by us in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Key commercial Terms offered to customers

When buying an item from Impulse Fitness, you agree that:

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

Placing an Order

Orders are placed entirely through our website. Once you have added the product(s) you’d like to your cart, you’ll go through our checkout where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery and billing information. Please check your order (e.g. the product(s), size(s) and delivery address) before checking out, as this information is very difficult for us to change once the order has been placed. We accept no liability if you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

Any orders placed by you are treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it. It is at this point that a contract will come into existence between you and us. When we acknowledge your order, we will also confirm your order number. If you need to contact us about your order, you should quote this number.

To order our products, you must be at least 18 years old and be authorised to use the payment method which you use to pay for the products you order.

Ending the contract

We may end the contract if the following apply:

  1. You break or do not comply to the terms and conditions of our website

  2. You do not provide adequate information for us to deliver products (address for delivery)

  3. You do not allow us to deliver the products

All Impulse Fitness products are checked before being shipped, but if you discover something you have bought is faulty or differs from the description on the website you may have a legal right to end the contract and get a refund or get the product replaced. Please check our returns policy if a refund or exchange is required.

Order Cancellation

In the unfortunate or unlikely that we are unable to fulfil your order request, for example if the item is out of stock, payment has been rejected, or there was another unforeseen error, we will notify by email and you won’t be charged for the product(s).

Our products are intended for your personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel an order and/or suspend an account if we suspect that our products are being exploited and used for any distribution or re-sale purpose. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, get in touch and we can get it resolved.

We also reserve the right to delay or cancel an order and/or suspend an account if we suspect fraudulent behaviour, or the address flags up on our system as having any previous issues (e.g. in the unlikely event you fail to return an item, or payment is not properly sent).

Pricing and payment

The price for our products is listed on the website and include VAT. It is however possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products may be incorrectly priced. If the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.

We accept card and PayPal payment. Payment may appear as pending until products are dispatched by our team.

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged and unworn product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt).

Delivery

Information about delivery costs can be found on our shipping policy page.

Any additional costs (customs, duties, or additional charges) which apply to the reception of your order will be your responsibility and are not included in the shipping costs.

Impulse Fitness are not responsible for any delays of delivery that are outside of our control (e.g. because of postal delays).

If the shipping address provided on any order is incorrect and is delivered back to us, you will be held accountable for any extra shipping fees for your order to be shipped out again.

Private use and business losses

Our products are for private use only. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose then this goes against our terms and conditions, and we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business, or loss of business opportunity.

Reviews

When submitting a review, we require your name and email address. All reviews submitted must contain content and material which is accurate at the point of writing the review.

By submitting a review, you grant us at Impulse Fitness permission to use the name that you submitted and also allow us to publish, translate, or create derivative works from the review submitted for our website and other platforms. Use of the content by Impulse Fitness will not cause injury or harm to any person or object.
